WORK/LIFE DESIGN COACHING PATHS
At Work/Life Design, we are realistic about the time it takes to bring sustainable change to your life.
Some aspects of your life and work will change immediately upon beginning the program. Others will take longer. However, to make sure all changes become a natural part of your everyday life, we ask that you choose a Coaching Path that suits your needs and commit to a minimum of six sessions coaching (which can be taken over the 12 months of your membership).
D.I.Y. (DO IT YOURSELF) COACHING PATH
If you need a structured, self-paced program to help you get clear about your direction and keep on track then the DIY path is for you. This self-coaching path is included in your membership and includes the Big 5 Coaching Questions as well as the exercises and worksheets for reflection and exploration when necessary. The DIY Coaching path is complemented by monthly Designers' Confabs and the Design Notes.
TOUCH BASE COACHING PATH
If you are fairly clear about direction and strategies, but would like to check in once a month to go over any major decisions, brainstorm possibilities or bounce ideas for the next month then the Touch Base path may suit.
DESIGN FOCUS COACHING PATH
If you like a little support and structure in creating work and a life you love then you'll find it in our Design Focus path. It includes plenty of accountability and feedback, so you really can design and live your new life as you go.
(R)EVOLUTION COACHING PATH
If you want to take radical action in your life, so that your day to day activities (from work to relationships) reflect your most important values, this path is specifically designed for you. Be the change you want to see in the world by creating your own (r)evolutionary life. |
